As part of Bethany’s outreach in the local area is support for the local food-bank. The need for Bethany’s continued support hasn’t diminished since we started regular deliveries of food donated by our fellowship in 2015.
When we began collecting we all hoped it was short term, how wrong we were. But thanks to the generous gifts received each week usually before Sunday morning services we have maintained a regular delivery now to Coniston Hall in Chadsmoor.
We see our giving of food on a regular basis as a way in which we can help local people in need in a real way as well as our financial donations during the year.
