At a time when Churches see congregations getting smaller it was great to welcome three New Church Members to the Bethany fellowship.
Already active within the Church at the Welcome Service new members Chris, Pete and Lynne were asked:
- Believing and trusting in Jesus as your risen Saviour and Lord, do you declare your faith in One God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit?
- Do you commit yourself to love and serve the Lord within this church community and in the world?
To which they answered I DO
The fellowship of the Church was then asked:
- Do you promise to support and encourage these new members, following and serving Jesus together?
To which the fellowship answered unanimously WE DO
