Sunday 24th January saw us hold our first Zoom Service. Following some practise Bible Study and Wednesday Chat sessions where we could become familiar with the Zoom application we jumped in at the deep end and held our first Sunday service online.
We continued with the format of services implemented during our recent services where members of our fellowship actively participated. A video mini sermon provided by our retired minister Rev. Stephen Jackson and a BMS/NHS video were supported by YouTube Hymns and Bible readings by members of our fellowship.
Future Sunday’s services will follow the same format with increasing contributions from the fellowship as we all become more confident with the technology.
From comments we’ve received our introduction to online services was extremely positive.
